We do not accept returns unless there is a fault with the product. We check all items before they are dispatched, but if something is found to be faulty due to our manufacturing we will be happy to fix this for you.

 

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the personal preferences involved in creating custom latex garments, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final once an order is placed. Processing Time: As all of our garments are handmade to order, please allow 8-12 weeks for production before shipping.

 

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. International shipping may incur additional customs fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please see FAQs for further information.

 

Shipping Methods: We offer standard, recorded delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please provide a domestic or business address. We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel shops.

 

Delivery Times: Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders.
