Processing Time: As all our garments are handmade to order, please allow 6-8 weeks for production before shipping.

 

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. International shipping may incur additional customs fees, duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.

 

Shipping Methods: We offer standard, recorded delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please provide a domestic or business address. We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel shops.

 

Delivery Times: Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders.

 

Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. However, if an issue arises, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve it.

 

Refunds, Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns unless there is a fault with the product. We check all items before they are dispatched, but if something is found to be faulty due to our manufacturing we will be happy to fix this for you.

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the personal preferences involved in creating custom latex garments, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final once an order is placed. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and materials, ensuring each item meets our high standards before shipment. Damage and Repairs: We take great care in crafting each of our latex garments to the highest standard and each item is quality checked before it leaves our workshop.

If there’s a fault with the garment due to our craftsmanship, we will do everything we can to repair it at no extra charge.

What are our products made from? Our garments are crafted from high-quality, heavyweight latex/rubber, typically ranging between 0.8mm to 1.05mm thickness. Latex offers a luxurious feel while ensuring comfort and durability.

How do I choose the right size? Please see the size guide. These are actual measurements of the garments. If you're unsure about your measurements, feel free to contact our support team for guidance. Since our garments are unisex, they are designed to accommodate a variety of body shapes.

Will latex irritate my skin? Latex is generally safe for most people. All latex sheeting from our latex supplier, Radical Rubber is leached to remove the substances which can cause allergic reactions. However, residual proteins and chemicals in natural latex may cause an allergic reaction in a very small number of people. If you have a known latex allergy, we recommend avoiding our products. How long do your latex garments last? With proper care, our latex garments can last for many years. The heavyweight material we use is designed for durability, making our pieces perfect for frequent wear.

 

Do you offer custom designs? Whilst we do not offer custom design, we can tailor lengths of sleeves and jackets to suit you. You can also choose from a variety of colours, styles and sizes. If you would like a custom colour, please consult the Radical Rubber website. Custom colours will entail a surcharge for extra meterage.

Are your latex garments eco-friendly? Latex is a natural material derived from rubber trees, making it a renewable resource. However, it does require specific care to ensure its longevity. Our garments are handmade, which reduces the environmental impact of mass production, and we are committed to sustainable practices wherever possible.
